Beth’s expertise spans the entire spectrum of workers' compensation insurance, from strategy design and governance to execution. She has led large-scale teams and multi-billion-dollar portfolios, notably spearheading turnarounds in challenging environments.

Beth Uehling is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience leading transformation initiatives across the insurance sector, specialising in workers’ compensation.

Beth’s deep expertise in workers’ compensation, coupled with her track record of driving innovative strategy, operational excellence, and cultural alignment, makes her uniquely suited to help organisations achieve their aspirations.

Beth’s experience includes executive roles at Guild Insurance, Insurance and Care NSW (icare), Allianz Australia, Lumley Insurance (Wesfarmers), and IAG.

At icare, Beth shaped a greenfield workers’ compensation business, creating a segmented, customer-centric claims model underpinned by advanced technology and data analytics. This initiative yielded $2 billion in financial benefits, a 51-point customer satisfaction improvement, and an 85% reduction in liability acceptance timeframes. Her leadership at Allianz delivered a remarkable 28% profitability improvement, a 167% surge in performance fee revenue, and 14% premium income growth, while enhancing customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

She has also consulted on financial services transformation as Managing Director at Aston Associates, a U.S.-based management consultancy.
