Ian is a customer-focused senior insurance executive with extensive experience in P&L accountability, revenue growth, product and pricing strategy, governance and regulatory compliance. He has a successful track record leading strategic transformation projects, bringing together diverse stakeholders and experts to deliver results.
As a strong people leader, Ian has managed large teams and built relationships with external stakeholders across the insurance industry, including regulators and distribution partners. He has worked in the insurance industry for over 14 years in various executive management roles at IAG, including Executive Manager of NRMA/RACV Segment, Australia/Direct Insurance Divisions, Executive Manager Consumer Products, Australia Division, and Executive Manager of CTP Portfolios, Consumer/Australia Divisions. Ian has also served as a board trustee for the NRMA-ACT Road Safety Trust.
