The Bridge Launches Contact Centre Solutions International (CCSI) and appoints Sara Elmstrom as CEO

We’re excited to announce Sara Elmstrom as the inaugural CEO of Contact Centre Solutions International (CCSI), a new management consulting practice focused solely on serving the contact centre industry. CCSI is a subsidiary of The Bridge International (TBI).

Sara has a significant international career in contact centres, operations and enablement from frontline to executive roles leading, partnering with and consulting to teams from 10 to 2,000 employees in Australia, New Zealand, UK, South Africa and Philippines. She will continue to be a senior partner at TBI while also leading a seasoned and experienced specialist contact centre advisory team at CCSI.

Sara has been an integral member of The Bridge leadership team and has always been passionate about values-based leadership and people. She also has deep international domain experience of omni-channel contact centre operations.”

Confronted by the challenges during and post COVID-19, including re-shoring of large-scale operations, distributed workforces, virtual leadership, high turnover, and the fight for talent, contact centres have never been more important to the success of service businesses. Given the industry’s challenges and client demand for assistance, The Bridge decided to establish a business solely focused on contact centres, led by people that started and built professional careers in this specific industry.
